Headteacher's Welcome
Welcome to Hardwick Community School
I am honoured and filled with pride to serve as the Headteacher at Hardwick, guiding a dedicated team of staff. Together, we are wholeheartedly devoted to collaborating with families and the local community, striving to guarantee the well-being, safety, and success of every child in the school, both academically and personally.
Our curriculum aims to offer an inspiring and well-rounded education for every child, fostering the development of confident, reflective, and highly motivated young individuals. Above all, our goal is to ignite curiosity in each child and enable them to pursue their chosen careers in the future, equipped with the skills necessary to achieve their aspirations. We feel fortunate to have expansive grounds that offer diverse indoor and outdoor learning spaces, enhancing the implementation of our curriculum.
At Hardwick Primary School, we are committed to collaborating with the local community to create an environment 'where children grow, learn, and flourish together.' This principle is ingrained in our vision, values, and objectives. We strongly believe that a full partnership with every member of our community is essential for the success of our children, and we actively encourage others to participate in school life. Parents have various opportunities to engage, such as joining parent forums, becoming part of the PTA, attending performances, and volunteering in school. While we have already established strong connections with many local community members, we always welcome more, so please feel free to reach out.
This is an exciting time for the school as we continue to implement the many changes taking place across the educational landscape. Should you wish to find out more about our wonderful school and what we do, please contact the school office.
I look forward to meeting you soon.
