Our TED Teams (Together Everyone Decides)
Our TED Team
At Hardwick, our pupil leaders work in different areas of the school to support others, champion the school and raise awareness of issues close to their hearts. Our TED Teams deliver termly TED Talks via assemblies and meet termly as a wider TED Team to share the good work that each team is completing.
Currently our TED Teams are:
Play Ground Leaders: Our play leaders organise daily games for children to join in with and are a smiley face on the playground, being a welcome friend to all and modelling our school values of kindness and inspiring others.
Sports Leaders: Our sports leaders organise half termly inter house sports competitions and attend external sports competitions with our teams. They champion sport across the school.
Library Leaders: Our Library leaders visit the library daily to ensure that it is organised, books are returned and our environment remains well cared for. They suggest books to add to the collection and have helped curate our new Voxblock audio book readers and collection.
School Ambassadors: Our school ambassadors champion the school and support with whole school events, as well as open events, steam showcases and parent tours. They ensure new children to the school are welcomed and are models of our school values.
Anti-Bullying Ambassadors: Our anti-bullying ambassadors have had special training from Oxfordshire county council and have a good understanding of bullying and the ways in which they can champion positive friendships and be a good friend to others.
All TED Team members where a special badge showing their leadership role in the school:
